Individual Clients - I am passionate about helping people untangle from the oppressive narratives of diet culture and strengthen their intuitive wisdom to feel connected with their bodies, eating and greater well being. My approach is informed by Liberation Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Health At Every Size, Responsive Feeding Therapy & Intuitive Eating. Family Clients - I'm an eating disorder and pediatric dietitian committed to helping grownups feel confident about feeding themselves and their families. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am passionate about supporting families with neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD/SPD) children and have additional training is helping children with the PDA subtype (pathological demand avoidance/persistent drive for autonomy) and ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder). Clinical Supervision Clients - I provide supervision to all medical and mental health providers. I use an approach called Reflective Supervision to support supervisees seeking to expand their expertise, knowledgebase and experience working with clients through a HAES/fat-positive, liberation focused lens. I am an approved iaedp Supervisor and can help you with certification if you are a dietitian or mental health professional and that is something you are interested in.
